It is intended to address issues of unemployment, skill gap and quality of products & services in the African market by borrowing heavily from the knowledge economy & the freelance economy. Our flexible options allow consultants to spend 80% of their time on projects & clients under the Blue Kite Holdings umbrella, and 20% of their time on personal projects. In addition, members who want to contribute part-time can join our Freelance Pool for selection when short-term contracts are available.
